The Opportunity Join the finance team within a construction company based in Southern Suburbs Brisbane. This opportunity focuses on project-heavy Accounts Payable. While the primary focus is full-function AP, the workflow includes minor AR, bank guarantees, and general administration. The role is available immediately. Role will be at least 3 months in length, possibility of extension.

Parking: Street parking available

Your Impact

• Project Cost Coding: Code invoices down to specific projects, job levels, and cost-codes.
• Accounts Payable: Manage AP process, processing supplier invoices using Jobpac and Easy Scan.
• Accounts Receivable & Admin: Assist with AR tasks, credit applications, bank guarantees, and administration during quieter periods.

About You

• Experience: Experience in an Accounts Payable role.
• System Skills: Experience using Jobpac is preferred.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to handle multi-tiered project cost-coding accurately.
• Availability: Immediate availability to start.
